Compass 82’s systematic management of insurance claims is the distinct result of our work in recouping additional funds for hundreds of NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) policyholders whose flood claims related to Superstorm Sandy were systematically underpaid by FEMA in 2015. Our efforts produced a 64% increase in claim payout per household and six million dollars in additional funds that would have otherwise been lost.
